Shipping Policy

We ship via Ground. Method of shipment is fully at our discretion (Fedex, Fedex SmartPost or USPS). We do not ship internationally. We offer free ground shipping that is only available to US addresses (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US holdings) on orders of $500.00 or more (product price – excludes discounts, taxes and shipping). We ship in one to three business days from date of purchase. Your package will arrive to you within 5-9 business days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a link to track your package. Please make sure your order is correct before placing it. Absolutely no changes can be made after your order is placed. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military PO Addresses, only physical addresses. If you put order notes in your order – this will delay shipment. We do not ship internationally.


Once you have placed your order, you cannot make changes as our system is automated. Additions, free items, etc. cannot be added to your order once it has been placed. In order to be eligible for a return, the item/s must be new and the packing unopened. Items must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note: any returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return labels are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please contact us for an RMA.

Note: should you ship an item to a freight forwarder, we will not warranty any products for damages.


After you place your order, there are absolutely no changes to your order or cancellations.

Missing/Damaged Items

Missing or damaged items need to be reported to us within 10 days of delivery. This does not include any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled.
